Consideration for THEIR feelings;
Building up THEIR confidence,
Caring about THEIR insecurities.
Using
Encouragement instead of criticism
Sincere praise, not flattery,
Small acts of kindness;
Expressions of appreciation,
Acknowledgment of their worth.
Sharing thoughts with each other;
Listening as well as talking.
Having an attitude that clearly says
I am here for you,
Through thick and thin -
For always!
